What we provide
Refitted builds custom software: websites, web apps, automated Google Sheets systems, AI tools, trading bots, and workflow automation. Fixed-price products are described on their product pages; quoted work is scoped in writing before it begins. The scope we agree on in writing is the scope we deliver — changes are agreed (and priced) before they happen.
Ordering and payment
Fixed-price products up to €990 can be purchased directly through Stripe checkout. Larger or custom work is quoted first through the contact form and invoiced as agreed. Maintenance plans are monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
Delivery and acceptance
Each product page states a typical delivery window; we confirm the exact timeline before work begins. You get one round of review and feedback included in every fixed-price build. Delivery includes full source code and documentation.
Ownership
On full payment, you own the deliverables: source code, designs, and documentation. We may reuse generic, non-client-specific components and know-how. You are responsible for content you provide and for having the rights to it.
Right of withdrawal and refunds
See our refund policy. Because custom software is made to your specification, the statutory 14-day EU right of withdrawal ends once work begins with your express consent — you give that consent at checkout or in writing when a project kicks off.
Trading bots — important notice
Crypto and trading tools we build are software, not financial advice. We make no representation about trading performance, and you are solely responsible for how you configure and use them and for compliance with the rules that apply to you.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any project is capped at the amount you paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
