Before work begins
Bought a fixed-price product and changed your mind before we start building? Full refund, no questions asked. Just reply to your order confirmation email.
After work begins
Custom software is made to your specification, so the statutory 14-day EU right of withdrawal ends once work begins with your express consent. That said: if we fail to deliver what was scoped, you don't pay for it — we'll fix it, or refund the undelivered part.
Maintenance plans
Cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and you won't be charged again. If we failed to deliver the plan's promised service in a given month, tell us and we'll refund that month.
How to request a refund
Reply to any order email or use the contact form. Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, normally within 5–10 business days.
